The Fall meeting will be held earlier this year and will be held on a Saturday to coincide with the French-Indian War Encampment at the Hazelwood Historical House in the city of Green Bay located at 1008 South Monroe Avenue.
Hazelwood Historical House about 10 blocks from the Quality Inn. The Reenactment is open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday only. There is a four dollar admission fee for entry to Hazelwood. The Plan is to shoot the Reenactment from 10:00 till Noon, since the meeting will begin at 1:00 PM. Lunch is on your own. There are a couple of restaurants close to the Quality Inn. There are other opportunities to shoot nature at the Bay Beach Sanctuary and opportunities to shoot scenes of mansions in the Astor National Historic District adjacent to Hazelwood House.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Quality Inn for club members at a special group rate.
Please contact the hotel to make your reservations early. The block of rooms at the special rate will be held only until September 10th!

The meeting will be in the Nicolet Room at the Quality Inn in Downtown Green Bay on Saturday afternoon beginning at 1:00 PM. A fee of $5.00 is being charged to offset the cost of the room rental. The weekend will include:

An opportunity to tour the Green Bay area before and after the Saturday afternoon meeting; Opportunities to shoot nature at the Bay Beach Nature Preserve; Opportunities to shoot scenes of mansions in the Astor National Historic District adjacent to Hazelwood House.A tour of Hazelwood House and interacting with the historically correct reenactors on the grounds behind Hazelwood House.

1/2 day meeting to be held on Saturday, Oct. 1st from 1:00 – 5:00 pm.
Member dissolve show will feature photos that were taken at the May, 2005 outing held at Whitnall Park & Wehr Nature Center in Hales Corners, WI. Bring your slides and digital images.
